Muffler Skid Plate With the addition of our rear bumper comes the opportunity to also protect your exposed and critical muffler. Our bolt-on RH-5047 Muffler Shield mounts to existing holes on our rear bumper giving you a plate of solid 1/4" aluminum armor. Once your muffler goes your trip is over and it's time to call a tow rig. This simple addition to your RH4x4 rear bumper gives you peace of mind and increased capability.

Awesome fit!! Great welds and awesome customer service. Great packing for shipping. The only thing was no directions for the rear tire carrier. I didn’t see any videos for it but I figured it out.

Aluminum Patriot Series Rear Bumper RH-5040
The aluminum rear bumper was my third purchase from Rock Hard 4X4 and, again, I was impressed with the quality, finish, and fit on my 2017 JKU Rubicon. Installation was a breeze! Definitely helped to watch the installation video ahead of time. The cost is somewhat higher than the competition but it definitely is worth it in the long run!

Just what I wanted!
I decided to go with the Rock Hard aluminum rear bumper to replace the original because of its sturdiness and the fact I could keep my factory receiver hitch. I take my 2016 2-dr JK on long road trips with my spouse out West or into Canada 4K to 5K miles at a time on 32" factory street tires because they're smoother and quieter, so I didn't need the Tire Carrier addition. There's a WARN mounted
